The Gary W. Rollins College of Business is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Marketing and Communications to lead efforts in enhancing the College’s visibility and reputation. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital and print communications, and overseeing the College’s online presence—including its website and social media platforms. The Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to attract prospective students, promote academic programs, and engage current students and alumni.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and supervises the Communications Coordinator and student workers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations, or related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEO best practices, and digital advertising.
- Experience with Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of brand management and communications strategy.
- Proficiency in video production and editing tools.
