Job description: Global Brand Manager, MomentsAs we expand our global collection strategy, we are seeking a visionary Global Brand Manager to lead the evolution of our collection management and core product storytelling.
As Global Brand Manager – Moments, you will be the strategic force behind the development, positioning, assortment and global rollout of our core collections.Working at the intersection of marketing, merchandising, and design, you’ll ensure that product and collections are positioned for growth, while reflecting the soul of our brand and meeting market demands and emerging trends. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a sharp conceptual mind – someone who can see the big picture, translate data into insight, and shape creative direction.You must be confident in taking full collection ownership, leading complex projects, influencing senior stakeholders across departments, and navigating a global matrixed organization with clarity and conviction.Role Requirements

  • Oversee and develop our core collection assortment with full ownership
  • Lead the global positioning of core products and collections, aligning with both brand and business objectives.
  • Own the development of product & collection storytelling, naming, and the creation of annual and long-term plans.
  • Partner closely with design and merchandising to shape product assortments and collection architecture, to drive commercial success, brand relevance and innovation across collections.
  • Monitor and analyze collection performance and consumer feedback to optimize your collections.
  • Lead competitive analysis and trend monitoring to identify white spaces and innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative, content and GTM teams to bring collections to life across channels (retail, digital, social, experiential)
  • Provides measurable input to product and collection plans that will have impact on the achievement of overall business unit results.
  • Communicates directly with senior stakeholders across the organization.

You Will Demonstrate

  • 8+ years of brand, product, or collection management experience, ideally in the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of brand & product strategy, assortment management, product storytelling, and consumer engagement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across seniority levels, with design, merchandising, and global marketing teams.
  • Strong sensibility for design, craftsmanship, and cultural nuance.
  • Proven track-record in managing global product launches, seasonal campaigns and adapting strategies for regional success.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong strategic and creative skills with an eye for product detail and consumer behaviour.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
