The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.Link & Mural are two mid-rise apartment buildings in the Genesee neighborhood of West Seattle. With a total unit count of 331, these two modern communities have a focus on energy-efficiency while still providing a luxury living experience. Located in the heart of West Seattle, Link Apartments hosts 195 units in this brand-new mid-rise community. Link is a Built Green Building, constructed to be as energy-efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. Mural is a 136 unit mid-rise community located in a “walker’s paradise”, the Genesee neighborhood of West Seattle. #LI-KLThe hourly range for this position is $23.00 – $24.00Additional Compensation:Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.Robust Benefits Offered*:Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability & Life insurance benefits.
