We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them.WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our Leasing team in the Czech Republic.SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Negotiates new lease agreements or renewal of lease agreements with P3’s clients, coordinates contractual terms with P3’s legal department, and handles all other related activities such as bids and requests for quotations, cooperation with the technical department, etc.
  • Identifies opportunities for new business (BTS, acquisitions of new tenant and land).
  • Independently prepares ICM and HUM (for internal approval process).
  • Coordinates mutual communication regarding given business cases with real estate agents.
  • Actively gathers current market and competitors’ information and shares at P3 meetings.
  • Transfers market and client information to leasing managers in other countries.
  • Supports the development and coaching of colleagues in the leasing team, contributes to the achievement of annual targets (country KPIs), adheres to internal P3 rules (KYC, AML etc.) in the leasing department.
  • Represents P3 at business-related promotional events, proactively builds P3’s reputation in the market and takes care of assigned P3’s key clients.
  • Participates in the preparation of the leasing department’s annual budget and has an overview of its execution in accordance with the target approved by the P3 Board of Directors.
  • Collaborates with other departments in the company, especially the construction and development department, the finance department, the marketing department, and the Business Development Manager.
  • Is involved in the preparation of regular internal reports for the Board of Directors and the owner of P3.
  • Performs other assigned ad hoc tasks related to the position based on the supervisor’s instructions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Min. 5 years of experience from the industrial real estate market, including development projects.
  • Strong negotiations skills + technical knowledge (Construction-related education is an advantage). Ability to negotiate and have the necessary empathy to effectively negotiate with tenants and potential future tenants.
  • Proactive approach towards cold calling and local market mapping.
  • Financial and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, threats and risks.
  • Experience with legal and regulatory aspects of the industrial real estate market (this includes knowledge of industry trends, regulations etc.).
  • Czech/Slovak (native or bilingual) & English (professional working level).
