As a Lead Technical Architect, you will lead a team of architects, BIM specialists, and technicians in the timely and high-quality delivery of construction documents. You will act as a central coordination point for all internal and external stakeholders involved in the design process. The role demands strong project leadership, technical oversight, and in-depth knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international design standards.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural teams through all technical design phases
Plan and oversee architectural package delivery schedules and workflows
Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and marketing teams
Review and ensure compliance of all technical drawings and documents
Conduct quality control checks and lead design audits across all packages
Deliver weekly and monthly reports on project progress to senior leadership
Manage submissions to local authorities and integrate sales/procurement inputs
Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative studio environment
Implement Azizi’s design guidelines and technical specifications consistently
Identify potential design risks and communicate solutions proactively

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
10+ years of technical architectural experience including UAE projects
Strong experience with building codes, construction materials, and detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite
Experience managing teams and consultants in fast-paced design environments
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and authority submission processes
