Minimum 3+ years experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
Strong experience specifically in the Food Service sector within FMCG.
Deep understanding of the HORECA industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, etc.) in the UAE, especially Abu Dhabi.
Experience in the Meat Industry is plus.

Strong sales and business development skills: Ability to develop and manage accounts, grow business volumes and margins.
Excellent negotiation skills: Ability to lead and strategize negotiation processes.
Good financial acumen and marketing skills to build profitable promotional plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office applications.
Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Analytical and planning skills: Able to analyze customer development data and market conditions to maximize opportunities.
Team collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments to solve issues (e.g., out of stock situations).
Additional Requirements
UAE driving license (mandatory).
Graduate qualification.
Experience managing business development agreements.
Willingness to handle sales & distribution activities across all Emirates in the UAE.
Commitment to customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
Capability to monitor and counter competitor activities through market analysis.
