Job description: Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
- Strong experience specifically in the Food Service sector within FMCG.
- Deep understanding of the HORECA industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, etc.) in the UAE, especially Abu Dhabi.
- Experience in the Meat Industry is plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and business development skills: Ability to develop and manage accounts, grow business volumes and margins.
- Excellent negotiation skills: Ability to lead and strategize negotiation processes.
- Good financial acumen and marketing skills to build profitable promotional plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office applications.
- Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical and planning skills: Able to analyze customer development data and market conditions to maximize opportunities.
- Team collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments to solve issues (e.g., out of stock situations).
Additional Requirements
- UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Graduate qualification.
- Experience managing business development agreements.
- Willingness to handle sales & distribution activities across all Emirates in the UAE.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Capability to monitor and counter competitor activities through market analysis.
