We’re looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join our growing team, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to begin their career in sales. You play an important role in growing the business and providing the first impression for incspaces.

Role Responsibilities

• Process and respond to incoming sales enquiries via web and telephone
• Qualify prospects against established criteria prior to passing them to sales as a qualified lead
• Act as ambassador for the incspaces brand
• Lead office viewings when required
• Keep CRM up to date with detailed information
• Manage the correspondence and book meetings between the sales team and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbally
• Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
• Self-motivated and must be positive and a go-getter
• Any property knowledge or experience would be beneficial
