Job description: Junior Sales ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range, features, and benefits.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new arrivals.
Educate clients about product offerings and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Assist in organizing and setting up promotional displays and booths.
Engage with potential clients and generate leads during events.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
