• Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range, features, and benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new arrivals.
• Educate clients about product offerings and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Assist in organizing and setting up promotional displays and booths.
• Engage with potential clients and generate leads during events.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
