Job description: As a Junior Marketing Support Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating Marketing impacting Business projects across the Marketing Services teams.Full TimeCloses30/07/2025A Junior Marketing Support Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating Marketing impacting Business projects across the Marketing Services teams.Marketing Support is responsible for ensuring that all Marketing Services content is considered as part of the wider Business project delivery lifecycle.Providing administrative support to the Marketing Support Analysts on project work items you will also administer changes to the internal Marketing SharePoint and Knowledgebase platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for those who have an interest in website content, and communications, alongside gaining invaluable insight into this key area of the operation and the involvement of Marketing Services in the project lifecycle.Preferred skills and experience

• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to manage projects whilst delivering to deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with key stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to make sound, logical decisions.
• Ability to create high-quality documentation.
• Able to work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
• Sound work ethic with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as individually with a proactive mindset.
• Desire to advance own learning and knowledge of Marketing Services processes.

What you will do

• Completing impact analysis of upcoming changes for Marketing Services.
• Coordinating projects from conception to delivery.
• Preparing Marketing Services for change, ensuring that all new products, offers and back office tool releases are reviewed and communicated effectively.
• Ensuring new and existing content used to support Marketing Services in the launch of new domains, products, offers or site features is accurate and consistent with current Business and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting our Marketing Support Analysts in all aspects of project management.
• Ensuring alignment of imagery across Marketing Services managed channels for new products, features and promotions.
• Assisting with regular Marketing Support tasks.
