We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our team in Vienna. As a Junior Marketing Associate focused on business development, partnerships, and collaborations, you will play a vital role in expanding Superpedestrian’s presence and making it the preferred choice for scooter sharing in Vienna. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support the local team and marketing team in executing impactful marketing strategies and initiatives in the field.
• Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and organizations to expand our reach and drive customer acquisition.
• Organize and coordinate street-level marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and guerrilla marketing efforts, to raise brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Implement street-level advertising initiatives, including placing promotional materials in high-traffic areas and identifying strategic locations for brand visibility.
• Assist in content creation for street marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and banners, ensuring messaging is engaging and aligns with our brand identity.
• Conduct market research, create engaging content, and optimize it with SEO techniques to drive brand visibility, engage customers, and increase organic traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong passion for marketing, business development, and partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the micro-mobility industry and e-scooter sharing is a plus.
• Based in Vienna, Austria, with the flexibility for some remote working.
• Fluent in German and English.
