Together with other teams and external partners, you’ll perform a business analysis, gather requirements, design a solution and are responsible for the technical implementation or software selection, the acceptance and the global rollout. You’ll be fully responsible for the delivery and run of applications.BUSINESS PARTNERING AND REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERINGAs you will work close together with our Marketing & Ecommerce teams, you’ll learn to understand their business processes. Based on that knowledge you’ll gather and challenge their requirements and translate them into technical concepts, in order to develop high quality and reliable solutions.SERVICE OWNERSHIPIn this role you’ll be responsible for certain services, after a project has gone live, throughout the entire service lifecycle.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:University Degree in Computer Science/similar study or equal practical experience At least 5 years professional experience within an IT department or consulting company Experience in IT project management, delivery and roll-out of applications Interest for Marketing processes like Email Marketing, Ecommerce, Direct to Consumer Communication, GDPR, automated User Journey/campaigns, etc. Experience with Email Marketing solutions, Social Messaging platforms or similar from a consultant or solution architect perspective is a plus Experience with Data Models, Integration of Systems and APIs Communication skills, performance and result-oriented & team player Fluent in English, German beneficialJOIN THE TEAMGot what it takes?In your application we want to see your personal style – what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us.Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
