Job description: The IT & Digital Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the digital landscape of our recruitment and employee placement agency. This position is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, implementing digital strategies, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT management, digital marketing, and project management, enabling them to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s online presence and attract potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in IT security.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and digital tools.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company competitive.
  • Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in IT management and digital strategy development.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and market conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications in IT or digital marketing are advantageous.
