Summary

The scope of this position is to support the Value to Market team in their daily tasks and projects in order to successfully respond to customer briefs and requests. 

Scope & Key Responsibilities

Primary mission: Work closely with Marketing Analysts and Marketing Managers to support customer requests, identifying changing consumer needs and new market trends. Focus is on Home Care and Fabric Care categories.

Main tasks are the following:

  • Learn about the role of the Marketing department in a Fragrance House and the interactions with the other departments
  • Understand the creative process from the customer brief to the go to market strategy
  • Learn to use digital market intelligence tools (e.g. Mintel, Euromonitor)
  • Support the Value to Market Marketing Team in their daily activities (incl. labelling, library)
  • Partner with the Marketing Analysts in creating cross-category market reviews
  • Partner with the Marketing Analysts to spot and process new and interesting product launches and innovative brands
  • Partner with the Marketing Analysts in building cross-category trend presentations
  • Partner with the Marketing Managers in the creation of customer presentations
  • Partner with the Marketing Managers in identifying white spaces in the market to drive business growth
  • Partner with the Marketing Managers in the new product development process: propose new innovative concepts (ingredients, claims, formats) that meet consumer needs
  • Unleash your Creativity: Create moodboards to support fragrance submissions, build storytelling, think about new trendy ingredients and formats, help the Marketing Team in finding new ways to engage customers during presentations (e.g. with the use of digital tools, disruptive packaging and labels)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration
  • Commercial acumen
  • Eye for details
  • Multitasking is not a problem, you can handle different requests at the same time
  • Flexibility, No 9 to 5 mentality
  • Business English communication skills: Fluent communication in English is required
  • Ability to evolve in complex and moving environment
