  • Learn how to ideate, plan, and execute simple marketing programs.
  • Be able to learn about project and event management through various activations in the context of personal banking.
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder management.

Job Description: 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives and events to drive footfall and acquisition at OCBC’s new generation of branches.
  • Support in the ideation and production of social media content to promote the next generation branches’ activations.
  • Organise and run related marketing events and shoots.
  • Act as a supporting point of contact to build stakeholder partnerships.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties and support as assigned by the team.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or other relevant fields.
  • Positive aptitude with a can do spirit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly creative, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Having Design skillset (e.g. photoshop, AI etc) will be a bonus.
