What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and developing new B2B sales opportunities worldwide
  • Presenting technical solutions to customers both online and in person
  • Participating in on-site product testing and implementation projects
  • Leading sales processes from initial contact to final contract or purchase order
  • Helping build and strengthen the international partner and reseller network
  • Contributing to product improvement with insights from the field
  • Co-creating marketing and sales initiatives and outreach strategies
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
  • Conducting market research to discover new opportunities
  • Managing leads and client data through CRM and regular reporting

What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales
  • Background in automotive, industrial software, or robotic technology is an advantage
  • A customer-first mindset and strong commercial drive
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • High level of autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher), German – nice to have
  • Strong computer skills and a valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel regularly
