It’s a true adventure, one where you can change the way people experience the world through travel.We are currently looking for an International Marketing Manager to join our team (full-time) in Vienna. The purpose of this role is to drive performance and support our international growth strategy across key markets. You’ll play a vital role in owning and executing regional marketing activity with a focus on our German market – spanning SEO, CRM, onsite promotions, social, and product marketing.Reporting into the Head of Lifecycle and CRM, you’ll take full ownership of the marketing calendar for your regions and see campaigns through from planning to execution – with the support of our Growth, Analytics, and wider Marketing teams. You’ll be empowered to identify opportunities, test ideas, and localize activity to ensure we’re resonating with audiences in the most impactful way. This role is more than executing on a strategy – it’s about helping shape it and adapting to emerging growth trends. Your ideas, insights, and creativity will directly influence how we grow, how we promote our products, and how we adapt for international audiences. - Monitor and optimize international domain performance to grow visibility and revenue.
- Own and drive the international SEO strategy, identifying region-specific content opportunities, and leading the development and optimization of high-performing landing pages.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends and guide SEO and broader marketing efforts.
- Manage localization and international marketing budgets, tailoring campaigns for high-impact regional results.
- Own the marketing calendar for your regions, leading email, onsite, and social activity with team support.
- Contribute to the broader international marketing strategy, aligning local plans with global goals and ensuring consistency of messaging across channels and markets.
- Act as a key contributor to product marketing initiatives – support product launches with localized messaging and international rollout plans.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product team, proactively bringing forward ideas and insights to influence product development based on international user needs.
- Develop localized marketing assets with the design team for email, landing pages, and social.
- Act as the go-to for international marketing execution, aligning stakeholders across teams.
- Drive projects forward in collaboration with Growth, Analytics, and Marketing teams.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT Plus to streamline research, localization, copywriting, and productivity.
- Stay on top of regional trends, cultural nuances, and marketing best practices.
- Always seek ways to innovate, improve, and grow your impact.
What you’ll need to bring to Your Adventure:
- Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
- 2+ years experience in international or regional marketing, working across cultures.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, content marketing and CRM strategies.
- Curious about how AI is shaping the future – alongside adaptability and an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to own and lead campaigns from insight to execution.
- Data-driven, analytical and action-oriented
- Comfortable with adapting to trends in the market… SEO may be the key to growth today, but tomorrow it could be something else!
- Comfortable working with localization budgets and adapting messaging to local markets.
- Experienced with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Iterable/Mailchimp, Buffer/Hootsuite.
- Collaborative, communicative, and confident working cross-functionally.
