Our responsibilities include e.g. learning and development, leadership development, talent management, employer branding and, as a new and high priority, internal communication in AFI.What will you do?We are looking for an Internal Communication Manager with solid experience working within strategic change- and leadership communication. You will shape our internal communication agenda (in close collaboration with the Internal Communications team in Arla) and work as a close sparring partner to top management in AFI, helping to develop, structure and implement internal communication solutions that will support our ambitious growth strategy.Your responsibilities include:

• Support strategic change initiatives by taking lead on change communication initiatives, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment across the organisation
• Advise and support leaders in all aspects of leadership communication, providing coaching and and hands-on tools to help them succeed as communicators
• Identify and ensure alignment of the strategic agendas in AFI and develop compelling communication plans and materials
• Build strong relationships and collaborate across headquarter, sites and regions ensuring that internal communication support a shared, global understanding of our strategic direction and priorities
• Collaborate closely with our colleagues from Arla Communication and AFI Marketing to develop and ensure alignment of e.g. plans, initiatives, channels, tools and templates.

• Can focus on local details while keeping a global perspective
• Bring a well-equipped communication toolbox, with experience using a variety of platforms and channels
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills that you use for creating motivating, engaging and impactful communication
