Integrated Partner Marketing, Global Business Marketing

Responsibilities

About the Team As an Integrated Partner Marketing Manager on the Global Business Marketing Team, you will be supporting partners in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program. This team develops strategies to advance TikTok’s products, value and vision with the ecosystem of partners. The partner marketing team serves as a strategic marketing unit for supporting scaled partner marketing content, sales collateral, digital marketing, and promotional activations at in-person and virtual events. We are looking for a go-getter, someone who is hungry to learn, a self-starter who has big ideas, and is ready to take on any challenge. Responsibilities – Develop cohesive messaging and creative strategies across touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and partner integration – Strong ability, experience, and interest in experiential event marketing including regional/global events and webinars to support TikTok-owned, partner-owned, or industry from a programming or strategic standpoint. Requires heavy oversight, strong coordination skills, and results-driven design. – Work closely with the comms team for planning PR promotion of key moments or tentpoles. – Proficient writer for digital marketing content creation including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers. – Demonstrated strong abilities for deck building and storytelling product and core brand narratives – Project driver collaborating with key internal stakeholders across the business including product teams, other marketing teams, partner managers, legal, procurement, vendor management, and more. – Work closely with partnerships teams to devise and drive partner marketing programs and growth strategies – Collaborate across paid, earned, and owned channels to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion – Leverage data-driven insights to optimize integrated marketing efforts and report on performance metrics

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications – Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications, advertising and/or technology industries – Excellent written and verbal communication in English with strength in copywriting – Experience working directly with external partners, creative agencies or events vendors – A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking – Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change – Understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape Preferred Qualifications – Experience working in video production and familiar with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut – Experience working with campaign management, commerce, data, leads, and media buying agencies
