Job Description:
3M is recruiting an Integrated Marketing Strategist, supporting the Health Care Business Group in the Unites States and Canada Area (USAC). Here are some of the ways the ideal candidate will make an impact:
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate and codevelop integrated marketing campaign strategies with global counterparts based on insights, key personas and customer journeys
- Provide expertise and support in the planning and execution of those integrated marketing strategies (i.e. Search, Social, Paid Media, User Experience, Content Marketing, Email marketing, etc.) to drive demand among end users in US and Canada
- Set measurable objectives and key performance indicators based on business needs
- Drive customer-centric thinking for integrated marketing as an advocate for end-user across touchpoints to deliver a relevant and differentiated customer experience
- Assess campaign performance, measure against campaign goals (ROI and KPIs), and lead cross-functional teams to optimize in-field activities via insightful actions and recommendations
- Lead campaign report out presentations to a variety of stakeholders, focusing on campaign learnings, success stories, and recommendations for further impact
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Seven (7) combined years of Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving abilities – problematic and resilient
- Ability to deal with high degree of ambiguity, maintain composure, negotiate solutions in challenging situations, and influence decision making
- Results oriented – successful experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics to manage campaigns to drive revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams
Work location:
- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)
Travel: In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 10% of the time, which may involve overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required.
