Your Impact:

Effective B2B and B2B2C Integrated Marketing Programs

  • Create integrated strategic marketing campaigns in support of Freddie Mac’s Single-Family business units and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement robust Single-Family marketing campaigns, initiatives and programs to promote Freddie Mac products and services that meet /exceed the company’s business objectives.
  • Leverage knowledge and thought leadership to develop and implement tactical marketing plans, including metrics that can demonstrate returns on investment.
  • Create marketing summaries and executive reports that share the marketing vision and show campaign/program results.
  • Drive marketing programs and projects in the areas of advertising, consumer outreach, public relations and conferences and events, including all digital-based business communications.
  • Establish and direct strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to effectively collaborate and advance our marketing objectives.
  • Apply learning from customer/partner feedback and Marketing Metrics to enhance/revise program and improve marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Keep informed of current marketing research tools and trends to determine effectiveness of Marketing integrated strategies and approach.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year College Degree or equivalent experience, advanced studies/degree preferred
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of strategic marketing experience
  • Mortgage industry and/or financial industry experience required
  • Proficiency with setting and monitoring Marketing Metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal and editing skills

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $106,000 – $158,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
