We are now looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing brand team. The successful candidate will work across both our brands, Marley Spoon and Dinnerly, and will provide support the local brand and growth teams as well as our central marketing team based in Berlin.
Responsibilities
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing our influencer marketing function in-house and driving growth and ROI across one of our newest channels. Responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand objectives and growth targets.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience.
- Content Repurposing: Strategically repurpose influencer-generated content for use in broader media buying activities across various offline and online channels.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize influencer contracts, ensuring deliverables and expectations are clearly defined.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor influencer campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage influencer collaboration budgets effectively, ensuring maximum value and impact.
- Creative Direction: Provide guidance and creative direction to influencers to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
- Content Compliance: Ensure influencer-generated content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Collaboration with Media Buying: Collaborate with the media buying team to integrate influencer content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with influencers to secure ongoing partnerships and advocacy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports on influencer campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and insights.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements

- Experienced social media user (you know what’s what).
Hard marketing skills required to succeed in this role
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with experience in performance based influencer marketing campaigns (where performance is measured through voucher/discount code based attribution of sales)
- Extensive campaign management experience with a track record of managing large budgets
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with experience managing high-profile talent as well as external marketing agencies (including contract and price negotiation)
- Experience leveraging data and consumer insights to better inform campaign planning and audience targeting
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and Meta Business Suite. Bonus points if you have experience using Zoom, Slack, Looker, Later, and Keyhole.

The pay range for this position in NYC is $70,000-90,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
