Influencer Marketing Assistant (Remote / PT / Freelance)

We are an award-winning social media agency looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our team.
This is a perfect role for a social media savvy individual who understands the world of influencer marketing and is just starting out in their career in the field.
This is an independent contractor / freelance position and fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Source new influencers for client campaigns, ranging from micro-influencers to celebrity talent across a range of industries and niches
- Using our tools like HypeAuditor, add an influencer’s metrics and stats to our planning dashboards, helping our team qualify them
- Set up Google Drives for each confirmed partner to organize content, metrics, invoices, and contracts
- Using our templates, create contracts for each confirmed partner
- Organize content drafts and final content
- Collect campaign performance metrics and add them to our dashboard
- Provide insight into what’s working, opportunities, and next steps
- Assist in drafting creative briefs
- Remain on top of trends in the influencer landscape to identify new opportunities for our clients
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, trending influencers, and trends within the industry
- Thorough understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Must work well with a team
- Familiarity with Google Drive
- Experience with ClickUp and Airtable would be an asset
