And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We’re here to better our world with biology.Industry Supply Manager, Human Health BiosolutionsDo you want to rethink your impact, and are you passionate about managing the product pipeline in production and ensuring a smooth supply chain and robust product supply for Human Health Biosolutions?Then you might be our new Industry Supply Manager (previously called Supply Coordinator).Product Portfolio Management team, DK-basedIn the Human Health Biosolutions Product Portfolio Management team, we have an open position as Industry Supply Manager.Your main responsibility is to secure supply of products, manage the product pipeline in supply operation and ensure cost effectiveness in a global perspective.As Industry Supply Manager you support the operational Supply Chain Organization and Planning with coordination and prioritization of supply issues in case of shortages, support and drive the way our supply chain is designed. For instance, you make risk assessments and contingency planning on launches and site shifts and you handle requests of new products and packaging from commercial functions. Further you will get the opportunity to set strategic direction for supply aspects within the industry bridging commercial needs and operational options.You will have a very broad interface with many central areas and stakeholders across Novonesis, e.g. Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Production, Development, Quality and directly with our customers.The job is a manager position with fixed-term of 2-4 years before rotating to a new position, as we are looking for candidates with potential to advance into more senior positions. The position offers great opportunity for career development both in terms of personal and business competencies.In this position you need to:

• Have several years of experience within Novonesis with a strong understanding of our business and production processes. At least two years of experience from Production, Global Optimization, Development and/or Supply Chain

• Have strong leadership potential, and furthermore an established track record as a motivated and hands-on professional with a strong sense of urgency to meet business targets
• Have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, both independently, and as a member of multiple cross-functional teams
• Possess project management skills across disciplines and functions
• Have strong communication skills and commercial understanding with ability to talk to people at many different layers both internally in Novozymes and externally with customers
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or similar as a minimum

• Excellent English communication skills are a prerequisite.
