We’re looking for an Indirect Sales Manager to lead and grow our indirect sales strategy across Europe.About the Role
As Indirect Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Distributor Account Managers and shaping the strategy that supports growth through our distributor and wholesale partners. You’ll focus on building high-performing partnerships, delivering value, and achieving ambitious sales targets.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Distributor Account Managers
• Define and implement a clear indirect sales strategy aligned with regional goals
• Strengthen relationships with key distributors to drive mutual growth
• Identify and develop scalable routes to market across traditional and digital channels
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure full alignment
• Use data and market insights to adjust strategy and stay ahead of competitors

• Proven experience in indirect sales, channel management, or distributor development
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Commercial acumen, with a focus on value-based selling
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
