Egmont’s Corporate HR team is looking for someone to help us build a stronger data foundation. As our HR Data Analyst, you’ll be essential in ensuring we have accurate, well-organised data to meet internal and external reporting requirements. Furthermore, you’ll help our divisions making better, data-driven decisions.You’ll be creating reports for both local and corporate management and supporting our local HR teams with their data needs. We’re looking for someone who can make data accessible and useful across companies and HRIS systems. You’ll be involved in building solutions to streamline and improve our data handling. Likewise, it is important that you can explore ways to automate our data processes freeing up time for more strategic HR initiatives.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Gather and consolidate data from various HRIS systems ensuring data validity and accuracy for reporting and analysis.
– Develop and maintain automated and ad hoc HR reports, including those related to pay equity and workforce demographics.
– Identify opportunities for automation and process standardisation to improve data quality.
– Collaborate with local HR teams to identify data needs and ensure alignment with group-level reporting requirements (e.g., pay transparency, CSRD).
– Collaborate with local IT teams to guide the development and maintenance of API integrations for data flow between HRIS systems and Egmont’s HR data hub.
– Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights for business improvements
– Oversee Egmont’s engagement survey, including secure validity in respondent data and administration in survey tool.By fulfilling these responsibilities, you’ll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our HR function and contributing to the success of Egmont’s divisions.What you’ll bring:
– A relevant degree or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong understanding of business principles and data analysis.
– Working experience in data management is desirable, particularly within an HR context.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
– Good at building relationships and working with different teams across an organisation.
– Experience working in an international and decentralised organisation would be great.
– Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
– Experience with data processing and API integrations in Python or similar is a plus.
– Knowledge of data querying in SQL or similar is a plus.What can you expect:

In addition, you’ll collaborate with HR representatives working locally at division- or company level across all operating countries.
