Job description: Description :OverviewMilliman’s Indianapolis Health practice is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive. This is an entry-level position that supports multiple pharmaceutical manufacturer client teams by managing client relationships and assisting in operational processes for client accounts. You will collaborate with senior project managers, data analysts, editorial and creative staff, and quality groups to ensure that work product and production processes match the highest level of quality expectations. As part of the career development pathway, you will lead projects that support the strategies of our clients and begin to develop subject matter expertise in the U.S. healthcare industry.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

  • Regularly engage clients to advance key initiatives and clearly articulate project status and details through written and verbal communication
  • Collaborate with and provide feedback to creative staff during development of marketing materials
  • Develop and track progress on detailed project plans to serve as a critical communication tool for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure tactics are efficiently routed through client-specific regulatory review by managing and becoming a subject-matter expert on submission and approval processes
  • Review internal work and external client materials for accuracy and applicability to current projects
  • Engage internal subject-matter experts as required to facilitate content creation and development
  • Coordinate project reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Manage personal workload and workflows while assigned to multiple projects

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or other similar software
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills, including both oral and written communication

Preferred

  • 0-3 years experience in consulting, healthcare agency, pharmaceutical manufacturer, insurance, or related fields
  • Master’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field

Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.The TeamThe pharmaceutical consulting team is a group of 60+ individuals in the Indianapolis Health practice from varying backgrounds including actuaries, data analysts, pharmacists, and graphic designers. This group works primarily with pharmaceutical manufacturers and consults on their relationship with insurance companies and other stakeholders of the pharmaceutical value chain.LocationThe person hired for this role will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, with 2 to 3 days per week of on-site work required in our Indianapolis office on a weekly basis.CompensationThe overall salary range for this role is $65,200 – $104,200.
