You’ll spearhead revenue growth, build lasting partnerships, and turn opportunity into impact. You’ll inherit a solid base of top-tier clients and a respected brand – and now it’s time to grow.Job Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Drive the regional sales pipeline in achieving revenue targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term customersResearch and map the market, pinpointing high-potential accounts, and create smart go-to-market plansProvide guidance and support to the wider sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.Work hand-in-hand with marketing and product to shape a sales strategy that winYou’ll be expected to deliver ROI fast: Net Revenue Targets are set taking into consideration the market opportunity/ size and ROI. As such, we would expect a Salary (Annual) / Revenue multiple of X3 to be secured within Q1 and X10 within the first year.
