You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand and drive audience engagement across various platforms. Collaborating with design and sales teams, you will lead marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring effective communication of our message and the success of our clients through impactful initiatives.   • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Manage and oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to create cohesive marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the people and culture team, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are utilised effectively to maximise return on investment.
  • Display curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and challenge yourself.
  • Embrace collaboration and excel in working effectively within a diverse team.

Required skills for the role?

  • Extensive knowledge of different marketing channels (digital, social media, email etc) and marketing tools
  • The ability to analyse market data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting effective marketing messages and interacting with various stakeholders
  • The ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Be able to organise and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying on budget
  • The ability to develop innovate and engaging marketing campaigns
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Experience of managing marketing budgets, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, Christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday
