Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 plus bonus

You’ll manage external partners, lead campaigns, and support sales with content and strategy. This is a senior hands-on role with real responsibility and space to make it your own.What you’ll be doing

• Create and implement the marketing strategy and plan
• Manage external SEO and PPC agencies
• Build and run campaigns focused on key sectors and events
• Lead Tecna’s content planning; case studies, email, website, social
• Work closely with sales and creative to align messaging and delivery
• Track and report marketing performance against targets
• Line-manage a Marketing Executive and a Social & Content Executive

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
• You’ve run campaigns that delivered leads and supported sales
• Strong writing and briefing skills
• Comfortable managing agencies and working across teams
• Confident with SEO, PPC, CRM, email and reporting tools
• Able to plan, deliver and adapt in a growing business
