About This Role

Are you a strategic leader who has experience in scaling Digital brands?

This is a brilliant opportunity if you love to solve tough problems, drive innovation in ideation and execution, manage lean teams and enjoy P&L ownership.

You will define target Segments, needs, relevance – work cross functionally with Research, Analytics, Product, CRM and Customer Service to create GTM plans for existing and new propositions.

As a Head of Marketing, your key objectives will be to:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, including defining and communicating the brand’s vision and values both internally and externally.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecom industry.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs, and ensuring their continuous professional development.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Research, Analytics, Product, CRM and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to market.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and marketing trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Job Requirements

We are looking for passionate individuals who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
