WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Are you obsessed with Customer Experience and creating the process and programs to align communications with customer success in mind? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Lifecycle Marketing Programs to join our team. The head of Lifecycle Marketing Programs will be responsible for leading the development of effective lifecycle marketing programs that activate and accelerate revenue. This person is a high-impact strategist and lifecycle marketer who can oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing programs that improve lead conversion rate, increase ARPA, drive product adoption and engagement, and reduce churn.
This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product, product marketing, and customer success to define organization-wide processes and customer experiences that efficiently achieve these goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding lifecycle marketing and executing associated programs. This position will start as a senior-level individual contributor and offers the opportunity to build a lifecycle marketing programs organization from the ground up in a fast-paced and growing private-equity owned company.
Principal Responsibilities
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy:
- Design and drive the lifecycle marketing strategy & associated programs based on the current and updated customer journey.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success/Support/Services, and Product Teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key programs, mechanics, and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-selling.
- Increase content consumption & improve Customer Lifetime Value through the execution of content marketing campaigns, lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome, onboarding, re-engagement programs, reacquisition programs, etc.), and loyalty programs.
- Effectively translate lifecycle marketing analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Drive business requirements and prioritization of service enhancements/programs designed to strengthen retention rate.
- Deploy and maintain marketing standard methodologies for segmentation, targeting, and positioning to acquire and retain customers.
Develop and execute the associated lifecycle marketing programs:
- Improve, or create and execute the buildout of the lifecycle marketing programs such as (but not limited to):
- Customer Marketing Program, including relevant and actionable communications and campaigns at every stage of the customer journey.
- Marketing Advocacy Program, including social sharing, references, customer stories, reviews and testimonials, referrals, speakers, and a customer advisory board.
- Unified Content Program, including inventory, audit/gap analysis, retirement process, etc.
- Maturity Model Program, including the creation of a maturity model and tools for sales and success teams.
- Marketing Analytics Program: establish and refine the marketing analytics dashboard and monitor/analyze performance and engagement data to proactively identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement.

- Articulate program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders.
- Define and deliver programs that engage and grow existing customers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effectiveness and success.
Position Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel Required: periodically as relevant.
