- Define and lead the overarching influencer and affiliate marketing strategy across TikTok Shop.
- Build scalable frameworks for sourcing, recruiting, activating, and retaining high-performing creators and affiliates.
- Own the development and management of TikTok Shop creator campaigns, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and clients on creator-led growth, UGC, and affiliate success.
Affiliate Program Management (TikTok Shop)
- Build and manage an active network of high-performing creators, including onboarding, education, and incentivisation plans.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and GMV to optimise campaign outcomes and ROI.
- Maintain relationships with TikTok’s Creator Marketplace and affiliate tools to stay ahead of new features and opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and grow the influencer marketing team, setting clear goals and coaching team members to success.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, resourcing, and prioritisation across the influencer function.
- Foster strong collaboration with client services, creative, and strategy departments.
Client Collaboration & Campaign Execution
- Work with the Account Directors and Brand teams to design creator strategies that drive GMV and align with client KPIs.
- Provide clients with influencer recommendations, budget planning, and strategic reporting.
- Lead campaign briefings, talent negotiations, and influencer onboarding.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop a comprehensive influencer reporting framework, tracking performance at campaign and creator levels.
- Regularly report on campaign impact, affiliate sales, and influencer ROI to internal and external stakeholders.
Platform & Industry Expertise
- Stay up to date with TikTok algorithm changes, TikTok Shop updates, affiliate trends, and creator marketplace innovations.
- Represent the business at industry events, creator meetups, and client-facing presentations.
- Build strong relationships with key platforms and agencies to stay at the forefront of creator commerce.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing – ideally with a strong TikTok or social commerce focus.
- Proven track record in building and scaling influencer campaigns that drive measurable commercial results.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate mechanics, creator partnerships, and platform tools.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise accordingly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Expected salary: £55000 – 75000 per year
