You will architect the strategy, build the systems, and lead the team that turns Aonic into the benchmark for D2C excellence.ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & LeadershipDefine the holistic, channel‑agnostic growth roadmap; set aggressive acquisition, retention, and LTV targets; manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets with full P&L accountability.Performance AdvertisingPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging ad networks. Continuously iterate creative and funnel structure to hit CAC and ROAS goals.Lifecycle & Retention MarketingBuild and refine high‑impact flows for email, SMS, and push – not just blasts. Leverage segmentation, dynamic content, and predictive modeling to drive repeat revenue.Data & Analytics InfrastructureOwn pixel/server‑side tracking, attribution modeling, and automated dashboards. Ensure every decision – creative, bid, or cadence – is grounded in clean data.Conversion Rate OptimizationLead rapid A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages, PDPs, and checkouts. Marry quantitative insights with compelling UX/UI to lift CVR and AOV.SEO & Content HubDevelop our blog and evergreen content strategy, building authority around hydration, protein, and longevity. Drive sustained, high‑intent organic traffic.Affiliate & Partnership MarketingSelect the right platform, build the program from scratch, recruit high‑quality affiliates/publishers, and manage payouts & compliance.Marketplace GrowthOwn Aonic’s presence on Amazon, Walmart, Thrive Market, and other e‑commerce channels – optimizing listings, ads, and promotions for share of shelf and incremental revenue.Team Building & CollaborationRecruit and mentor a cross‑functional team (media buyers, lifecycle specialists, CRO experts, analysts). Partner tightly with Creative, Product, Ops, and the separate Social/Influencer team so every customer touchpoint feels seamless.Your Impact

  • Help Aonic to launch its innovative products successfully to market and scale then with record-breaking speed.
  • Achieve best‑in‑class LTV/CAC ratios while sustaining rapid topline growth.
  • Establish a gold‑standard analytics stack that lets anyone see the exact ROI of each dollar spent.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in performance or growth marketing at high‑velocity D2C, CPG, or wellness brands; 5+ years leading a team.
  • Deep channel expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (incl. P‑Max), TikTok Ads, Klaviyo/Retention platforms, GA4/Mode/Looker, and CRO tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling revenue of a CPG brand to $50M+ per year.
  • Strong analytical acumen – comfortable debating attribution models, SQL queries, and incrementality tests.
  • Experience launching and growing on Amazon Seller Central and retail media networks.
  • Leadership style that mixes high standards with high empathy; you hire A‑players, coach them, and and clear the way for their success.
  • Startup mentality: bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and passion for building from a blank slate.
