In this unique role, you will work at the intersection of consumers, health, and agriculture, finding innovative and impactful ways to advance the Arla brand.How you will make an impactAs Head of Ethics First, you will join our Europe-zone team and report directly to the Vice President of the Global Arla Brand, Katie Reed. You will take charge of developing strategic sustainability and health projects, acting as the key link between our experts, customers, and consumers. This highly influential role requires strategic vision, commercial acumen and the ability to create direction. Examples of your impact areas include:

• Leading the development of our Food Habits pillar as part of our health strategy
• Setting company-wide direction for naturalness within our natural framework
• Shaping our organic strategy and connecting it to regenerative agriculture with guidance for markets and farmers
• Driving future strategies for Farm Ahead, nature, and animal welfare, and maximizing consumer engagement
• Analysing key sustainability consumer metrics to enhance our efforts and results

Your focus will be on identifying consumer needs, developing new concepts, and contributing to the strategic direction of future sustainability initiatives. You will also support our markets on their sustainability projects and manage the Arla Organic brand book, as well as long-term strategic farm projects.As Head of Ethics First, you will play a vital role in the global Arla Brand leadership team, driving the overall agenda and supporting the development of the Ethics First Brand Manager.Flexible Location Across EuropeYou can be based in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, or the UK. Regular travel to Denmark or other European markets is expected, along with flexible options to work from home or utilize one of our European offices.What will make you successfulWe are looking for someone driven by a passion for sustainability, health, and agriculture. • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sustainability
• Strong commercial mindset and experience developing consumer concepts
• Fluency in English
