Digital is a global organization with around 250 employees of many nationalities.What you will be doing:Managing the PMO team and supporting the Project Managers, including recruitment, development, deployment and assigning of projectsProactively building productive working relationships with key stakeholders focusing on value and efficiency, influencing change and setting expectationsLeading the Digital Project Management team consisting of 16 project managers, project coordinators and one Product Manager. These are Located across four locations: Denmark, UK, Poland, and MalaysiaDeveloping the team of project managers who have varying levels of experiences and skillsManaging and developing the Project Management toolboxDriving the project manager’s adoption of change to processes and ways of working with project managementClosely collaborating with Digital Portfolio Office, driving the stage gate model, PPM tool and portfolio insightsChampioning the adoption of industry best practices and driving innovation in project management methodologiesWhat you bring:Previous experience of running IT or related Projects and ProgramsPrevious experience of people managementExperience with classical Waterfall and Agile project delivery modelsExcellent communications skills (English) both written and verbalCapability to coach and develop individualsGood understanding of key business areas (Finance, HR, Marketing, Manufacturing & Supply Chain)Interested?if you have a short question, of crucial importance, for the position, please contact Director Julie Lee, via email: .
