Head of Digital Marketing and Strategy is a leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of Operations. As the Head of Digital Marketing and Strategy, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day execution of our marketing objectives and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards. This position works both independently and in partnership with the leadership team, outside firms, and consultants in developing strategies to cultivate hospital and provider business at Hayes Locums.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee marketing department operations, delivering regular reports to C-level leadership
Hire and train new staff and promote talented team members to positions of greater responsibility
Implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency and agility
Define, develop, and deliver marketing measurement dashboards and approaches
Lead and work closely with marketing team members, to ensure execution of company’s content strategies and initiatives
Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities
Oversee the marketing planning and budgeting processes
Enhance support for sales activities related to Salesforce
Manage and enhance external partnerships including teams for SEO, SEM and Content/Branding
Lead website initiatives, SEO initiatives, SEM initiatives, marketing automations, and business growth strategies and operations
Develop system to track and evaluate trade show and conference ROI
Develop system to track and monitor lead conversion and lead cycle within CRM
Monitor marketing department business activities and performance
Develop, monitor, and track key performance indicators for Marketing department
Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance
Works with the SVP of Operations in developing department policies and procedures
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a Marketing Department, preferably in a Healthcare Staffing environment.
At least five years of progressive experience in a Staffing Firm required.
Experience with reporting and analytics
Success in motivating and driving employee performance and personnel development
Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership, sales, and
support staff
Ability to use independent judgment and work independently in a fast-paced environment
