• Full-funnel digital acquisition strategy – Paid Social, PPC, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and organic social.

• Performance optimisation – Lower CAC, improve ROAS, and maximise LTV.

• Lifecycle marketing – Build and optimise CRM, segmentation, and automated journeys (Klaviyo or similar).

• Website acquisition elements – Landing pages, content scheduling, conversion tactics.

• Team growth – Manage and mentor a marketing exec, with scope to expand as results grow.

• Budget & reporting – Own allocation, track ROI, and report directly to senior leadership.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing / digital acquisition for D2C or e-commerce brands.

• Proven track record in CRM and email marketing.

• Strategic yet hands-on approach – able to set the vision and deliver.

• Strong commercial mindset – fluent in ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics.

• A creative problem solver who thrives in high-growth environments.
