Job description: About the RoleThe Head of Digital Marketing and CRM role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the goals of UK and International marketing teams. You will be establishing and maintaining a centre of excellence for digital marketing, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches are shared across teams; and leading and managing the digital operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Key responsibilities in this role will include:
