We’re seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Head of Sales to lead our high-performing Admissions team, drive enrolment growth, and shape the future of the student experience.Job DescriptionAs Head of Customer Sales, you’ll lead a distributed team of sales professionals within our contact centre environment, responsible for converting student enquiries into enrolments across a portfolio of postgraduate programs. You’ll champion a values-led, performance-driven culture, embedding best practices in sales, coaching, and operational excellence.This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, IT, and Account Management to align sales strategies with partner priorities, optimise conversion journeys, and deliver exceptional outcomes for students and university partners.Key accountabilities:Sales Leadership
