From generating demand to delivering seamless onboarding experiences, you’ll oversee the Acquisition & Activation village, driving meaningful outcomes for our Business & Wealth customers. This is a critical leadership role in a period of growth where innovation meets accountability, and where your decisions shape how we grow and serve our customers with excellence.What do I need?To find success in this role, you’ll need:
- Innovative and strategic thinking in Marketing, Channel Strategy or Optimisation.
- A strong customer-first mindset, balancing the right outcomes for growth and the customer experience.
- Proven experience influencing and exciting sales teams to achieve growth as well as leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
- Ability to navigate governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks with confidence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management.
