Join Mole Valley Farmers as our Head of Agricultural Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Feed Solutions brand.We’re looking for a commercially minded, creative thinker who can bring together technical insight, product innovation, and customer engagement to drive our agricultural division forward. This is your opportunity to lead marketing strategy across feed, forage, fertiliser, and mineral business units, delivering value to British farmers and supporting our ambition to be the leading nutrition business in the industry.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading strategic marketing initiatives across our agricultural portfolio
• Supporting product development and lifecycle management
• Creating compelling campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Enhancing our brand identity and customer-facing communications
• Driving customer engagement through surveys and direct communication to strengthen relationships and gather insights
• Planning and delivering impactful presence at agricultural shows and events
• Collaborating with technical, commercial, and retail teams to align messaging and strategy
• Monitoring market trends, policy changes, and customer needs to inform business decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in strategic marketing within the agricultural or related industry
• Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, especially feed and crop nutrition
• Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for British agriculture
