Role Overview
We’re seeking a scrappy, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can get things done fast while bringing structure to a messy environment. You’ll experiment quickly, drive trials and subscriptions, and turn product launches into stories and distribution strategies that cut through the noise. This role is about hustling to ship, organising chaos into clarity, and building repeatable growth systems that scale with the company.
This is an opportunity to have outsized impact in a company scaling rapidly in a dynamic, creative, and rewarding industry.
You’ll fit right in if you’re:
- Scrappy – You don’t wait for perfect conditions or big budgets; you find smart, resourceful ways to deliver results fast.
- Hands-On – You roll up your sleeves to launch campaigns, test ideas, and execute directly — not just write the plan.
- Organised – You bring structure and systems that keep marketing running smoothly, even when things get messy.
- Results-Focused – You care more about what works than shiny decks or vanity metrics.
Objectives
Growth Targets
- Drive 100%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
- Achieve a minimum 3:1 return on investment for all marketing campaigns.
Strategic Planning & Experimentation
- Develop and execute a data-driven, experiment-heavy marketing strategy to meet ambitious growth goals.
- Build clarity and structure into a messy marketing environment — organising campaigns, systems, and reporting so growth efforts are focused and repeatable.
- Set clear KPIs for acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and target key customer segments to ensure campaigns resonate with core audiences.
- Create viral, self-sustaining growth loops that drive organic adoption.
Campaign & Content Execution
- Design and implement high-ROI campaigns across multiple channels.
- Use insights and trends to drive trial sign-ups, improve conversions, and boost retention.
- Ship fast and consistently: blogs, social, video, case studies, and creative formats.
- Ensure high taste in writing and visuals, with potential to serve as a brand voice.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Hustle to close partners, outreach, and collaborations that can bend the growth curve.
- Build media and influencer relationships that amplify reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Instrument the funnel and go deep on the numbers.
- Report campaign performance and growth metrics to leadership.
- Continuously refine strategies based on insights and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Drive both revenue and brand growth through performance marketing and creative storytelling.
- Define and articulate Krotos’ positioning and value proposition to target audiences.
- Ensure a consistent, authentic brand voice across channels.
- Develop and nurture partnerships that expand visibility and adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- You’ve run growth or marketing for a product-led SaaS or AI product.
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, audio-tech, or media.
- Proven expertise in at least one acquisition channel (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email), with ability to execute hands-on.
- Strong understanding of growth methodologies, CAC/LTV, activation funnels, and data-driven optimization.
You can:
- Experiment fast, instrument metrics, and optimize the funnel.
- Create viral/self-sustaining growth loops.
- Turn product launches into narratives + distribution that break through the noise.
- Hustle to close partnerships and collaborations.
- Ship high-quality stories across blogs, social, and video.
- Operate scrappily — driving big wins without huge budgets or large teams.
Preferred Skills
- A passion for music and sound.
- Background in sound design, post-production, or creative content creation.
- Established media and press network.
- Experience in startups or running a company.
