Job description: ​Our client is a much loved scale-up ecommerce business who sell their products around the globe.The team has grown steadily over the last few years and they are now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Lead to come onboard to manage a £multi-million marketing budget across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM and influencer.The successful candidate will be managing a small inhouse team of channel executives, creating a happy culture of high performance.The RoleLead digital strategy across PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates and Influencer to drive sales and growthOwn the marketing forecast and budget (£multi-million), making sure campaigns meet performance goalsWeekly and Monthly reporting, sharing results with the BoardManage and implement test and learn, using actionable insight to inform future campaignsWorking closely with the CRM Manager on customer communication strategyManage a small performance marketing team, overseeing campaign and resultsWork closely with the affiliate marketing executive, managing strategy and budgets across publisher partnerships and influencers​The personLoves working in fast paced retail / ecommerce / D2C environmentProven experience driving considerable growth in a scaling businessEnjoys both strategy and getting their hands dirtyHighly skilled across PPC, Paid Social and CRMThis is a fantastic opportunity to own growth marketing strategy in a business with high ambitions.
