We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate marketing lead to join the Customer Relationship Marketing team supporting delivery of high-impact marketing strategies.

- Optimizing existing projects with innovative enhancements to audience, channels and messaging across the PNC digital space for payment products such as the PNC mobile app, Zelle, international money transfers, debit card, and more
- Creating business cases that define clear objectives achievable with actionable tactics that are innovative and have measurable KPIs
- Leading cross functional teams internally and externally to simultaneously build test and learn strategies, manage campaign deliverables, and plan future projects

This position is based in one of the following PNC office locations with occasional remote opportunities: Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Tyson’s Corner VA, Chicago and Houston.
Specific Job Requirements Include:
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Marketing team with development and prioritization of omni-channel campaigns designed to deepen relationships with new and existing customers
- Establishing rapport with multiple line of business partners to define product goals as well as design innovative and effective execution tactics
- Proactively collecting and synthesizing data, assembling trends and helping identify strategic and tactical implications.
- Leading cross functional teams to align with our proposed growth strategies, economic optimization, and levers to manage complex programs with precision.
- Implementing and overseeing activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners within internal PNC systems.
- Working within designated budgets ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework.

- Has experience presenting high impact strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to activate around a common vision and drive business decisions.
- Maintains a proactive, creative, and innovative mindset to continually improve and optimize our marketing efforts.

Job Description
- Independently implements and manages a broader set of defined market programs/initiatives.
- Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies. Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus across the partnership resulting in increased rigor around program/initiative execution.
- Develops and executes complex marketing programs/ initiatives and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Readily identifies the strategic and tactical implications.
- Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.
- Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $68,000.00 – $110,400.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
