Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access.

Our clients are top neobanks, innovative fintechs, and leading Pan-European brands. We work with them to build and scale progressive financial services platforms across Europe and beyond.

As we enter the phase of accelerated growth, we are looking for experienced Growth Manager to strengthen our B2B2C conversion capabilities within a newly created team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • You will build long lasting business relationships with our key clients, helping them launch their product on the market and effectively execute their ongoing commercial initiatives
  • Together with our key clients, you will work towards meeting their B2B2C conversion targets and sales plans
  • You will identify and actively propose creative growth ideas to our premium clients
  • You will build and recommend strategies to our clients in core digital and offline sales and marketing channels
  • You will use our commercial framework for your portfolio of key clients: Go-To-Market readiness workshops, growth sprints, regular client coverage with Monthly Business Reviews
  • You will work independently with little supervision
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in the following areas: key account management; B2B sales; partnership management; growth hacking; market launching and scaling, or similar roles
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, especially in large scale B2B projects
  • Maturity and confidence to be an equal partner to our key clients, and exert your professional ability to influence when needed
  • Resourcefulness and strong business sense, proven by a track record of ideation, execution and success in managing commercial-driven projects
  • You do not have to speak Polish, you will need fluent English; German or French will be an asset
