Key Responsibilities:
– Collect and provide diverse growth data, including campaign performance screenshots, fragmented A/B test results, and competitor funnel insights.
– Curate and compile messy, unstructured datasets tailored for financial AI training purposes.
– Collaborate closely with finance experts to deliver inputs that will be structured into robust forecasts and ROI models.
– Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging growth strategies.
– Document and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Support iterative feedback loops to continuously improve AI training data quality.
– Demonstrate accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in growth management, digital marketing, or related roles with an emphasis on campaign analysis and experimentation.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
– Familiarity with A/B testing, performance metrics, and funnel optimization.
– Strong organizational skills for managing and delivering unstructured datasets.
– Comfort with ambiguity and shifting between tasks in a dynamic environment.
– Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive in identifying and gathering relevant data.
– Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience collaborating with or supporting AI/ML or finance training projects.
– Background in growth hacking, competitive analysis, or digital analytics.
– Understanding of finance data structure or financial forecasting models.
