Job description: Graphic Design & Video Editing:

• Design visual content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
• Edit and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube.
• Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on design trends and social media video formats.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative content.

General IT Support (Microsoft 365)

• Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Assist in user account management, permissions, and access configuration.
• Support team members in basic troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Coordinate with external IT providers or escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure best practices for digital file storage, sharing, and collaboration.

Preferred:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, IT, or related field.
• Experience working in marketing, creative agencies, or in-house design teams.
