Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas to enhance the company’s visual presence.
Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise to achieve the desired outcome.
Asset Preparation: Prepare final design files for print production or digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere, and other design tools.
Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, marketing team, or similar environment.
